Receive your specialist's name and photo before the visit. If they arrive more than 15 minutes after the confirmed time, your visit invoice is reduced by 10%.
Fixed price
Agree an all-inclusive price before we start. Changes require your written approval; we never charge for anything you haven't approved.
Everything in its place
We record where your belongings are before we begin and return them to their place. Your home's familiar details matter.
Not quite right? We redo it free of charge.
Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your Up Report, for an item within the agreed scope and an area whose condition has not been changed since handover. We agree a convenient time to return.

After every visit, your Up Report arrives by WhatsApp or Zalo. Check the work without being home for the whole appointment.
