Which neighbourhoods does An Khanh ward cover?+

Is An Khanh the same as District 2?+
Partly. Since 1 July 2025, An Khanh ward has combined the former Thu Thiem, An Loi Dong, Thao Dien and An Khanh wards and part of An Phu — all previously District 2, later Thu Duc City. You can book using either your old or new address.
How should a riverside villa in Thao Dien be cared for in the rainy season?+
High humidity can leave curtains, mattresses, fabric sofas and wooden cabinets smelling musty or spotted with mould. We suggest a deep clean before the rains, aircon cleaning every 3–4 months and regular mattress and sofa cleaning; your specialist notes any damp spots in your Up Report.
Can I communicate with you in English?+

What should I do before moving into a new apartment in Thu Thiem?+
