Yes. Hourly cleaning is 130,000 VND per hour for one specialist, with a 3-hour minimum per visit. A typical visit covers vacuuming and mopping, dusting, the kitchen, bathrooms and taking out the rubbish; we will suggest the right number of hours for your home before confirming.

No. We do not place live-in helpers or introduce staff for you to employ, and we do not cook, babysit or provide elderly care. UpClean schedules its own vetted specialists, sets the price upfront and stands behind every visit with an Up Report and a free 48-hour re-clean if anything falls short.

With UpClean, hourly house cleaning is 130,000 VND per hour for one specialist, with a 3-hour minimum, so a visit starts at 390,000 VND. A 4-hour visit is 520,000 VND and a 6-hour visit is 780,000 VND. Regular Up Home plans are proposed separately, based on your home and schedule.

It is if what you need is cleaning: a vetted specialist who comes for a set number of hours, once or on a weekly schedule, and keeps the home clean and in order. It is not the right service if you need someone to cook, look after children or an elderly relative, or live in; UpClean does not provide those.

Yes. Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations and your Up Report can all be in English, by WhatsApp, Zalo or email. If you would like a specialist who can speak English in your home, please note it when booking; if we cannot arrange this, we tell you in advance and support you by phone or message.

In a 1–2 bedroom apartment, 3 hours is usually enough for upkeep: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the rubbish. For a larger home, or when some areas need more attention, we suggest the number of hours before you confirm.

For the first visit we recommend being there, so we can note your preferences in your home profile. After that you can leave a key or a door code in the way we agree; your Up Report, with before-and-after photos, arrives when the visit ends.

Many apartment buildings ask residents to register outside staff with building management before a visit. We send your specialist's name and photo in advance so you can complete that step; how lift cards and keys are handed over is agreed when you book.

You pay after the walk-through, by bank transfer or cash. Please only transfer to the account shown on your booking confirmation or UpClean invoice. Invoices are issued on request, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations, for individuals and companies.

Reply to your Up Report message, with a photo if you can. We redo any item within the agreed scope free of charge, within the period set out in our Warranty Policy.
