We find and clean the source of the smell rather than masking it with fragrance. Listed prices: disinfection 12,000 VND per m², bathroom odour check and deodorising clean 450,000 VND per room, sofa 80,000 VND per seat, wardrobe 350,000 VND; minimum 800,000 VND per visit. Pet and new-paint odours are quoted after a survey.

How is this different from pest control?

Disinfection and odour removal are cleaning services for everyday living. They do not treat termites, cockroaches, mosquitoes, ants or rodents — for those, see our Termite & pest control service, carried out by UpClean's own pest-control technicians. If health authorities instruct disinfection for disease control, please follow their guidance and designated providers.

What we do not claim

We use approved products as directed, but we do not quote kill rates or make medical claims. The aim is a clean, well-aired and pleasant home.

How much does it cost?+

Whole-home disinfection 12,000 VND per m² (minimum 1,200,000 VND); bathroom odour check and deodorising clean 450,000 VND per room; sofa odour 80,000 VND per seat (minimum 300,000 VND); wardrobe 350,000 VND. Pet and new-paint odours are quoted after a survey. Minimum 800,000 VND per visit, confirmed in writing before work.

Do we need to leave the house?+

Not necessarily. Children, elderly relatives and pets should stay in another area during spraying and ventilation; we tell you when each room can be used.

Will it get rid of cockroaches or ants?+

No. Insects and termites are handled by our pest control service, carried out by UpClean's own pest-control technicians.

Our bathroom still smells after cleaning — can you help?+

Yes. Our bathroom odour check and deodorising clean (450,000 VND per room) covers the toilet base, grout and drain covers where residue builds up. If the cause is the plumbing — a trap, seal or pipe — we report it so you can call a plumber; we do not repair pipes.

Can you remove odours from a mattress?+

Mattress odours are handled as part of our Mattress cleaning service — vacuuming, washing and moisture extraction at home — rather than as a separate item here.

Do you guarantee 99.9% of germs are killed?+

No. We do not quote kill rates or make medical claims.

Is this disinfection, sterilisation or fumigation?+

Our standard service is surface disinfection: cleaning first, then spraying or wiping with permitted products for the correct contact time. We do not sterilise. Fumigation is available through a licensed partner after a survey, with sealing, evacuation, ventilation and re-entry conditions set out in a written plan; apartments are scheduled with building management.

Do you disinfect offices?+

Yes. High-touch surfaces in desks, meeting rooms, pantries, restrooms and reception are cleaned and disinfected outside working hours or at weekends between 07:00 and 20:00. Offices receive a fixed quote after a free survey, with a VAT invoice on request.

Can pet urine odour be removed from a sofa?+

In most cases it is noticeably reduced. Urine that has soaked deep into foam may not disappear completely; we test first, tell you what to expect and quote after a survey.
