Visits are scheduled early in the morning, at the end of the day or at weekends, with carpets, chairs and aircon on a cycle under one commercial cleaning contract. We regularly serve offices from Sala, Thu Thiem and Thao Dien to Phu My Hung, Binh Thanh and Districts 1, 3 and 4, working from our office at 72 Nguyen Co Thach in the Sala urban area. For a quote, an Up specialist surveys your office free of charge and we send a fixed monthly price in writing; VAT invoices are issued every billing cycle.

Is there an office cleaning service near me in District 1?+

Yes. District 1 is served regularly, as are Districts 3 and 4, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh, Thu Thiem, Thao Dien, Binh Trung, Phu My Hung, Nha Be and Cat Lai. Offices in Districts 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Tan Phu and former District 9 are accepted by appointment. How soon can office cleaners come?+

We take bookings from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. The first visit is the free survey, confirmed in writing by WhatsApp, Zalo or email; booking at least a day ahead is ideal, and a same-day visit is possible only when a slot is free. Regular cleaning then follows the schedule in the contract.

How much does an office cleaning service cost?+

Pricing depends on floor area, frequency, floor types and any specialist services included. After a free survey we send a fixed monthly quote, and any change requires your written approval.

Do you provide daily office cleaners or one-off office deep cleaning?+

Both. Office cleaners can come every day or a few times a week at fixed hours, and a one-off deep clean suits the run-up to Tet, the end of a renovation or an office move. If you need someone on site throughout the working day, raise it at the survey so we can confirm we can provide it before we quote; the options are described on our Janitorial staffing page.

Can you clean outside office hours?+

Yes. Visits can be scheduled early in the morning, at the end of the day or at weekends, as agreed in the contract, so your team is not disturbed.

Do we need a long-term contract?+

Contract length is agreed around your needs. You can also start with a one-off deep clean or carpet clean to see our work before moving to a regular schedule.

Do you issue VAT invoices?+

Yes. We issue a VAT invoice for every billing cycle, together with a monthly work report for your records.

How do you protect our documents and equipment?+

Our specialists never move documents, open drawers or private cabinets, or touch electronic devices; restricted areas and the person who signs off each visit are named in the contract.

How often should office carpets be cleaned?+

High-traffic areas such as entrances and corridors every 3–6 months; quieter rooms every 6–12 months. Regular vacuuming between cleans keeps colours fresher for longer.

Do you clean the outside of high-rise office windows?+

No. We clean glass partitions, glass doors and the inside of windows within safe reach. Façade glass that needs rope access or a gondola is work for a specialist contractor, usually arranged by building management.
