Can I get a VAT invoice?+
Yes. VAT invoices are issued by Uptech Technology Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316973414). Please share your invoicing details when booking or email nhat.tran@uptech.vn.
How do I reschedule or cancel?+
Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 24 hours' notice by phone, WhatsApp or Zalo. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a 30% fee. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
I'm not happy with the result. What now?+
Send us photos by WhatsApp or Zalo within 48 hours of receiving your Up Report and we'll redo it free of charge. Aircon cleaning carries a 90-day warranty.
How do I pay?+
You pay after sign-off, by bank transfer or cash. Larger projects may require a deposit as stated in the quote.
